FAQs

F.A.Q's

1.) How long does this hair last?

The longevity of our quality hair depends on how well the hair is maintained. With proper care our extensions can be reused and last for up to two years or more.

2.) How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Allow up to 4-7 business days for processing of all orders. Your order MAY be processed faster depending on order volume.

3.) Are your extensions 100% Raw Hair?

Yes- This is 100% Raw Hair that has not been processed in anyway. With our extensions you can color, flat iron, and curl them to your preference.

4.) Can I color this hair?

Yes, you can color the hair. Please note once raw hair is color or processed it is no longer considered “Raw”. Once hair has been chemically treated it will require more maintenance. We recommend consulting a professional if you wish to color your hair. Be sure to keep your hair conditioned and moisturized.

5.) How much hair do I need?

For lengths of 14”-18” we recommend 3 bundles for a full weave. For lengths of 20”-30” we recommend 4 bundles. The longer the hair the shorter the weft.

Before Install

We strongly suggest co-washing you should wash the hair with conditioner instead of shampoo. You should use a moisturizing conditioner. Rinse the hair with cold water. Then let the hair air dry. Then you’re ready to install.
